I definitely gave him a hard time the past year and a half. Wasn't ready to call for him to be replaced, however thought it was trending that way. The last two games he had the team ready to play. The tackling has improved. The line has improved, even with Nelson out. I still scratch my head at some decisions, but every coach has those (UM with not calling TO before that FG attempt).
The team is improving every week and those players love him and give everything they have. He also seems to bring in high character kids.
The biggest take away is the kids love and his love for them. That is something you can't measure. When the talent is = that extra love will push this team above the others.
