I am having a G & T made with Seaside Edinburgh Gin. Quite tasty on a warm afternoon.

Both. Sip on a nice Col. Taylor when the sun goes down but when sunny, a nice G&T can’t be beat. Been drinking Drumshanbo Irish Black Gunpowder Gin. Tasty.

Don’t know if the Hendrick’s fans have seen or tried their two new gins. I haven’t had them yet but will try them and report back

The liquor store I frequent cannot keep the Hendricks Midsummer Solstace in the store. He called me yesterday and said he got a case. I went today (Friday) before noon. It was all gone.

Try getting a bottle of Elijah Craig 18 year Kentucky Strait. Had to order it from the largest liquor store in Maryland. Good shit...

According to Booker Noe, God rest his soul, former master distiller at Jim Beam and a direct descendant of James Beam, bourbon actually stops aging around 9 years old.

Best way to drink bourbon: 3 ice cubes and jigger of well aged bourbon or jigger of well aged bourbon and couple of splashes of water. The water helps release the boutique. Bottoms up! And remember to sip the bourbon it is not swill.

Yeah, almost impossible anymore, and it was no problem at all to find when I first got into bourbon about 7-8 years ago.

For what I can get regularly now, and at a great price, I go Wellers.
I love Wellers 12...but that’s impossible to get too. Have you tried Blade & Bow? It’s similar and really good.

Where do you live that any version of Weller is readily available? I love the 107 but it doesn’t really exist in the wild here in PA.
