I thought I read on Intermat forums the Lee was gonna coach and then be the AD. At least that is what some Hawk fans speculatedThis may not go over well but I think Spencer is too self focused to be a great head coach.

How about Dake to continue the beatings of DT? I’ve said on here before that something rubs me the wrong way about DT as a coach, and that was prior to the move. By all accounts Dake brings a lot to the room, is well liked, and the coaches refused to part with him over the DT exit.Prediction - 5 years from now, 3/4 of the top ten will have someone from Cael's coaching tree on their staff, probably 1/3 as head coaches. All searching for an answer how to compete, some programs looking just to remain relevant. It will help, but parity will only return after Cael retires. PSU will be under significant pressure to find a suitable successor. Good luck with that, but DT would return if given the chance. I suspect Cael's successor is probably in the room right now including the NLWC or on the current roster. I wouldn't rule out MM.

Keep in mind that this past season, one which was supposed to be a strong one for Rutgers, saw attendance drop significantly (first year in the last 9 that they fell outside the top 5 for average crowd - 9th). The 36th place finish at Nationals, coupled with losses of a good portion of the starting lineup, may cause a further drop next season.Rutgers seems happy with Goodale as long as he fills the seats.
Goody has 2 years left on his contract I could see him hitting the ⛳ after that . He will have over 30 years in the NJ state pension systemKeep in mind that this past season, one which was supposed to be a strong one for Rutgers, saw attendance drop significantly (first year in the last 9 that they fell outside the top 5 for average crowd - 9th).
