Game day! It's finally here.

First thing I hear on the radio this morning is Mel Kiper on ESPN radio rating PSU #3 as the most to prove today playing a Temple team that returns 19 of 21 starters from last year (missed #1 and #2).

The weather should not be as hot as it looked the beginning of the week in Philadelphia (mid 80's). Humidity is also lower.

I was going to sing the praises of Jed Donahue and his PA Sports program. For some reason in the State College area it is only on WBLF - a very weak signaled AM station out of Bellefonte. However, he opened the program saying he didn't know if the Penn State game was at Lincoln Financial today. Really? With that, I take it back - except for when Phil is on (but the show is not on Monday nights in State College because Jerry Fisher has his own show on WBLF).

Anyway - FOR THE GLORY! Can't wait! WE ARE!

I'm REALLY excited to see this team. More so than I have been for years! I'm so far really happy with our new coach, what a breath of fresh air. I'm still concerned about our OC and I sure hope he proves me wrong. I couldn't honestly judge him last year with his hands tied by our O line

Buzz in the air as I went to get coffe and breakfast in Langhorne. Lots of Penn Staters sticking up their cars in the Acme parking lots and the barista at Starbucks saw my shirt and said she would be going to the game if she didn't have to work until 4. My father in law says this is a sellout?!
