It's been about 10 years since I've been to a game in State College. While my nephew was enrolled, I visited once a year for a big game, but he graduated in '07 or '08. Several posters were very helpful with information that helped me select our tickets for this game, so I'll try again. My big questions are:
- any advice for the pre-paid automobile parking? are any lots better choices than others? will the lots start filling up in the morning, early afternoon, or mid-afternoon?
- what time does the tailgating really get rolling for night games?
- any traffic conditions to be aware of? seems like I always hear that 322 is under construction and to be avoided.
- most importantly, how can I track down tailgating board members? I can't imagine coming out for a game without doing my best to meet some fellow posters in person, so if any of you are willing to share parking locations, I'll definitely try to stop by and say hi.
