JF has had tremendous talent, and awesome individual players. Can we say that since that 2017 team, he has yet to field a mentally strong and tough team. So soft upstairs it's absolutely amazing
Accept the fact they're not calling holding on either team. Consistency.
Nobody can watch that 2nd down replay and tell me the b1g cheaters didn't bismark that ball intentionally. Cliff had the First Down easily!
These announcers are so bummed Patty's boys did not make the comeback. The color guy Orslovsky is a freaking cheerleader coach for them.

Through 5 weeks...Manny is the dude of this team so far. Great job...D hasn't allowed 20 pts since game one. Now, the schedule heats up big time after the bye, but he has really done a nice job so far.
PSU wins despite 5 TOs - fortunately we were playing Northwestern.
Ugly win, but 5-0….tough season for some of our “fans”.
Don't think so, he was tackled over top the other player. His knee was not down.
PSU had 220 Rushing Yards (58 carries). Cliff's passing numbers were not good 10-20, 140 yards - he missed multiple wide-open receivers including Tinsley down the sideline 5 yards behind the defender (not just that it was an incompletion, but he overthrew him by a mile - a decent throw, he scores easy as he was well behind the d-back.). If Cliff plays like he did today in our next game, we're toast.
It seemed that Clifford passed up a lot of running opportunities this game. He gave the ball to the rb when he had a lot of room to run.
Here's the thing, our offense goes as Cliff goes. He's just very streaky and pretty much the opposite of "consistent". But it just seems like the offense goes as Cliff goes.... when he struggles, the offense goes by fits-&-starts.
Franklin said in his postgame interview that PSU had the second best turnover margin coming into this game.
At least it looks like the o-line is getting better.
I’m actually happy about this. Let the guys who are on the team to run the ball do it. Clifford already is wearing a knee brace and has been since the first game. He’s injury prone to begin with, and his body probably can’t absorb too many more open field hits.
That game was as much fun as sitting through a four hour seminar about organizational improvement.
