Ohio State hasn't adjusted at all yet either--going to be interesting to see if Stroud is capable of beating us if we take away everything horizontal.
Ohio State's Noah Ruggles field goal attempt is good but Penn State still finds itself in the lead.

I said last week--I'm still not overly impressed with Stroud. He's going to struggle at the next level.
Referring to the tipped INT. 2nd INT is short of 1st down with tight coverage. Again, bad decision. He could have run for 1st.

Well you thought wrong - the rule is that any portion of his body at, or behind, the LOS makes it okay. The ball does not have to be straddling the LOS at release - just some part of his body at the time the ball releases from the QB's hand.
