if you were like me, you were standing 5 feet in front of the TV moving along with Bo, then you felt something in the pit of your stomach when MyMar took Bo to his back, then astonishment as Bo turned the tables. Anyway, this is how I felt after the come-down about a minute later

That was insane. Couldn’t sleep for 4 hours due to the Adrenalin and then my boy woke up at 4:30, so I’m a zombie right now

If you want an entertaining look at the move and the reactions of Tom Ryan, the parents of the wrestlers, along with Taylor, Bergman, Gibbons, and Cox, go to ESPN3 and find the replay of "Of the Mat.'" The match starts at about 2:40.

That was great. Too bad Jaggers moved offscreen. Tikk has a good, but fuzzy picture of a peeved Jaggers watching bo celebrate

Thanks. That "Off the Mat" segment was very interesting. I didn't realize that Nickal had Martin's chin on the way down, then let go, got his feet settled on the mat, then re-grabbed the chin and completed the move. All in about a second. That was amazing and takes some special talent. Against any other guy in the 184 lb class Martin probably gets 6 points out of that move. Just wow.

I would say most would have bailed out and only given up 2

What I thought was remarkable was that Tom Ryan did not get excited when Miles did the takedown, or when Bo did the reversal. Its as if he saw Bo's move coming.

Umm, everyone needs to watch that. Incredible, seeing the reactions of all the key players simultaneously.

Also, that might be the best video quality I’ve ever seen. Is that just because it is 1080p on a small screen- my iPhone, or is it 4K on a small screen? Not sure whether or not an iPhone displays 4K.

I loved watching all the OSU fans jumping up and cheering, to only sit back down with the you just kick my dog look on thier faces. Priceless!!!!

The TV show? Connie Britton. She’s on 9-1-1 on Fox now.
C'mon man, that's a serious flag. I'll pick it up for you:

Not sure why, but she is like my all-timer. A little bit weird because it's not like she is some super knockout, but she knocks me out. My hall pass for sure.

I LOVED Bo’s pumped-up post-match speech! Don’t care that other school’s are butt-hurt about it! Penn State LOVES you right back Bo! That match was one for the ages (just like Cenzo’s pin last year). The defining moment of this year’s NCAA. Classic

The Off the Mat broadcast is well worth watching. The analysis was great and the reactions were priceless.

Thanks for the suggestion Fink!

Awesome coverage and comments.
Really liked their expert guests,
including Cox and Taylor.

Family cams made for some unique
human interest, reality moments:

Ex: Mrs Joseph had great Mom reactions.
You know she was on an emotional
roller coaster for Cenzo, as he fought
from move to move and throw to throw.
Her emotional Mom elation at the end
was classic.

These parents are amazing
in their support for their sons and their
willingness to be followed on national TV.
Many thanks to each and everyone of them!

CT- THAT is the BEST GIF to sum up most every PSU fan's feeling!

No, I get it @dicemen99 . She has that look that she will do ANYTHING you want her to do at any time at any place...or am I reading to much into this?;)

I wrestled with a kid in college who would do this move regularly. We called him the Rubber Band Man. First time he did it to you in practice, it really pissed you off. But it was great to see it in matches.

There was, apparently, a penalty point taken from PSU's final team score. It was accessed to match 638 for unsportsmanlike conduct. I'm guessing it was Bo's celebration or maybe him throwing his headgear? That's a bit silly.

It was...throwing his headgear. OSU was also assessed a penalty point...Snyder threw his as well IIRC.

Ridiculous to deduct a point in both occasions

I think Snyder threw his headgear because Bo did. My first impression was the similarity to the tennis player who realizes judge made a bad call on an opponents shot and then let's the next serve go by as a "make-up". So not sure Snyder wasn't making a statement in his own way that the penalty point on Bo should have been ignored in that very special moment.

There is absolutely no reason to be reticent about that. You could do a lot worse.

I got the feeling Snyder was mocking nickel. Nickel usually is humble and thanks God etc. And it seemed Snyder went out if his way to say he was staying humble and all glory to God. He also threw his head gear. Anybody or am I reading too much into this.
