If a theory is offered, and various experiments are run testing the theory (like the media trial balloons that have been tried....and failed), the theory enters the realm of "provisionally true", meaning that fellow scientists can use it as a basis for further study with some reasonable degree of confidence.
Since you guys have not been able to refute any of the allegations, and even your own FBI and DOJ were forced to admit the laptop isn't disinformation, all honest people now accept that Joe Biden is compromised.
