Go Dukes!

JMU looking good. Up 10 with the ball and 4 minutes left. Huge upset in the making.

JMU knocks off 5-time defending FCS national champion North Dakota State at NDS.

Dukes' QB Bryan Schor is from Milford PA, attended Delaware Valley HS.

Son is a senior there now. Got home just in time to enjoy the game. Nice win and yeah, Abdullah is good.
New coach and new QB this year as well.

I have a couple family members who graduated from JMU....happy for them.
I've been to Harrisonburg many times. JMU has a beautiful campus. Pretty decent local library too.

I wonder if they have a class devoted entirely to punctuation and how it can impact the meaning of a sentence -- and how punctuation can affect a nation for centuries. The college namesake could've used that class (so could I:)).

Quick question... Last night they indicated that JMU's defensive coordinator, Bob Trott, left a position at Richmond as the Spiders' coordinator. Do you know anything about that?

JMU lead the nation in D this year.

I'm curious because Richmond's coach, Danny Rocco, is a Central PA native and his dad was an assistant under Joe.

Curious.

Danny Rocco is leaving Richmond to become the head coach at Delaware. I work in Wilmington and my Blue Hen friends are pretty excited.

JMU is a popular college choice for Penn State families living in NoVA. My daughter and son-in-law are JMU grads. I've been following the Dukes since my daughter's freshman year (2004) when they won the national championship.

Hard to believe, but apparently Bryan Schor's only FBS offer was to Miami of Ohio and that offer was rescinded. He attended Lackawanna before transferring to JMU. This is further evidence of how imprecise QB recruiting can be.
