High school football starts this week in North Carolina and the high school where my wife works and my children attended opens versus Charlotte Christian and Garrett Shrader. Our High School is a perennial power but has few Division 1 recruits. Charlotte Christian is a small private school that has Division One recruits annually in multiple sports. This year is no exception, Charlotte Christian has a running back that has committed to Stanford and Shrader who has offers from many including PSU. Charlotte Catholic lost in the state semi finals and has most of their defense back. Should be fun.
One last comment, blame it on a southern media, but the Charlotte news media never mentions PSU as one of his offers. Hope that does not mean anything, as I think he is our top target at QB.
