Tomorrow is the big reveal of the much anticipated Senate Repeal/replace for the ACA (amendments really). What do you expect it to look like? What are the chances it passes before 7/4/17 as announced?
I think it will be a very confused set of ideas because the idea is to try and sway 50+ GOP senators who have very different wants.
The plan will contain some very large tax cuts for the wealthy.
There will be some nod to coverage for pre-existing conditions.
There will be a huge cut to Medicaid - millions will lose coverage (mostly in rural red states).
An attempt will be made to make drastic changes to Medicare - increasing costs.
Finally, it won't pass the Senate by 7/4.
