....that their self-proclaimed "expert status" is rather comical relative to their beyond moronic and nonsensical statements and mischaracterizations regarding Trace McSorley, PSU's "Run-Pass Read-Option Attack" Offense and PSU's passing attack in general.

Essentially Coach Moorhead called them a bunch of biased, agenda-based, jock-sniffing know-nothings and clowns masquerading as "experts" via self-proclamation, self-promotion and self-adulation....which is precisely what these snivelly little turds and douche-bags deserve (especially the pathetic homers at the B1G $hithole Network and within the "traditional B1G $hithole media").

He's baaaaaaaaaaacccccccccccccccckkkkkkkkkkkkkk!

Here's some direct quotes from Coach Moorhead directed at know-nothing trolls such as yourself:

Moorhead started in on what he described as a “prevailing” thought process.

Namely - that McSorley had made a habit of dropping back to pass, picking the deepest receiver, flinging the football with all his might, then crossing fingers to hope his receiver would make the play - was a farce.

“Frankly, this is a gross mischaracterization, number one, of the application of our offense and [number two] the role of the quarterback,” said Moorhead. “That's, in a lot of ways, ridiculous at best and, quite frankly, asinine at worst.”

“And the notion that we're just closing our eyes and throwing the ball up and asking our kids to make a play, to me I think is farcical in a lot of ways. You go back and really look at it, a lot of our things are finding a way to create the one-on-one matchup. If you would go through it with a fine-tooth comb, some of those plays stick out because they're highlight reel plays, but the majority of the things that we did to create explosive plays and touchdowns were I think well game-planned, well-called, and incredibly well-executed plays by our kids.”

“You hear people say, “Well, are you guys going to be able to consistently live on the 50-50 ball down the field?” That's not what we do,” said Moorhead. “Our offense is designed to stretch defenses horizontally and vertically and create mismatches by a number of personnel. So the things that we did throwing the ball down the field, they didn't happen by chance, they happened by choice.”

Well now, I appreciate JM putting the press in its rightful place. I truly do. However, he had best be able to back it up this year now that Godwin is gone. That one-on-one matchup exploitation is in the NFL. Who pray tell will step up and replace him so that we can continue to stretch the field? Hamilton is a known but he disappeared in the Rose Bowl. Likewise, Tompkins is a known but can he assume the role of primary. Blacknall abandoned his team in its time of need. Not exactly confidence-inspiring. Until I bear witness to an offensive line which gets 'push' against a quality defense like Wisky, tOSU or Iowa then the jury remains out on the V.2017 of the Nittany Lions. I'm conservative that way.

Have a blessed evening.

Is anybody supposed to give a $hit about your opinions regarding Coach Moorhead's remarks? (especially when Coach Moorhead is one of the most respected offensive strategy minds in FBS football whereas you are one of the "self-proclaimed" internet geniuses that has never created a game plan for a Pop Warner team, let alone comment on PSU's Off Gameplans...but you did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night....LMFAO!)

BTW, is anybody supposed to care what your, or any other poser-trolls, "confidence level" is in PSU's ability to replicate or improve upon an offense from last year that is basically returning its entire 3-Deep intact plus adding a ton of talent from the last 2 classes that we haven't even seen yet?

Gee, PSU had the second most prolific offense in the league that put up almost all their success in the 2nd half of the year, they're returning virtually their entire 3-Deep and are adding talent from last 2 classes that we haven't even seen on the field yet, but you haven't seen anything that impresses you....blah, blah, blah. It would help if you actually opened your eyes before you open your mouth troll-boy....

I'm beginning to think that Bushie's persona is an act.

Or he's a danger to himself & society at large.

Not sure which.

I don't think it's an act. If it was just a periodic tirade, then perhaps. If it was just an act, even BODE would tire of "flogging the keyboard"
