This says it all.
"When you talk about guys like Mark Hall, Zain Retherford, Bo Nickal, Vincenzo Joseph, sure those guys are wrestling in the national finals, but they're thinking at a higher level because they're surrounded by coaches who think that way," Steadman said. "These are guys trying to become World and Olympic champions, and when you have goals that big, it allows you to relax in a college match."
NCAA's is not the goal! They are going for gold....
