Has Dotson been told not to play/informed the team he is sitting out? Otherwise I would have him in front of Mega.

OL is a crapshoot - who know who will be available.

Has Ebekete indicated he is not playing? Same with Brisker?

Smart for them to sit out on a bowl game that means nothing.

But, have any of them announced they are not playing?
nothing I've seen.

Dotson said it was under consideration. Others, like Brisker, have accepted a Senior Bowl invitation. So they are, at least, still considering playing and boosting their brand before the NFL combine.

My thoughts:

Dotson: Came in to the season as a 3rd/4th rounder and worked himself up to a 1st Rounder during the season. If I were JF I wouldn't even let him play. Join the team, have the fun, but in no way risk an injury and going back to the 4th round or lower.

AK: He made himself a lot of money this year. Probably went from a late day 3 guy to an easy day 2 draftee. Again, not worth the risk.

Brisker: It seemed like every time I looked up this year Brisker was doing 2 things: #1: Making plays. #2: Laying on the field needing the trainer. Obviously there is something not right there so I believe he needs a few months off so he is 100% healthy.

We have to remember, these are made for TV Exhibition Games. We also have to remember the more times a Penn State players gets their names called early in the draft the better it is for recruiting. These three guys have done all they can for PSU, let them heal and get ready to make money. We have a bilklion dollar facility project we are going to need them to donate to!!!

No way for Clifford, Dotson, Luketa, AK, Smith, TCF, and Brisker. Wouldn't surprise me if Porter sits, as well.

All of that is great. But, until they announce they are not playing, it's just speculation. Until then, to answer your original question, they are in my starting lineup. And that is my guess.

Would you have them play if we were in the CFP?
