It looks like he lost in the round of 16 at the Euro qualifyer, lost in one of the Bronze medal matches at the first World qualifyer in Mongoloa and won a Bronze at the second World qualifier in Turkey like Fank. However, Frank had the luckier draw with the drug testing suspensions/reinstatements, so Slovenia did nt qualify the weight at 65 kg.
To bad, but he did make a guest appearance in the Stall Camp video. See link.
