Penn State has five competing this week at the East-West Shrine Game in Florida. Gathering reports from local media and scouts down there, DaeSean Hamilton has been one of the top overall performers throughout practice this week. Jason Cabinda isn't far behind, while Grant Haley has gotten a few mentions as well.
