I love the look of women in gowns, and Tina wears them as well as anyone, so all of my photos will be of her on the red carpet. Feel free (if you must) to add photos of her in pedestrian wear.

NOTE: Tina has no tattoos, has never smoked, has been married to the same guy (her only spouse) for 16 years, is worth 45 million, and is Greek Orthodox like my Mom was. Geeze, I love this woman!

Here she is, quite stunning, in Narciso Rodriguez.

And lovely in Oscar de la Renta.

And here again in Oscar de la Renta.

And one final photo of Tina in de la Renta. Tina wears various designers, but favors de la Renta. I prefer her in Versace, but she looks great in them all.

Fair, thanks for your kind words re: my visit to see my Mom. Was a quick trip but visited her three times over Sun - Mon, totaling almost two hours.

She knew it was me (and my brother on two visits), understood it was Mother's Day, brightened up with all the pics of The Fonz. She had her dementia moments but certainly surprised me with how well she did for most of my visit. Her nurses said it was the best that they had seen her in months.

Also got to spend time with my brother and all three of the nephews and niece.

But every trip down to Austin, it gets harder to leave and come home.

Thanks again..... your post meant a lot to me!

That is great to hear. I never had to face these issues with my parents (both deceased), but I know many people who have and realize how difficult it can be. All the best to you both.

Speaking of Upper Darby, my fiance's dad was a beat cop for 30 + years for the UD police and had man interactions with the young Cappelletti brothers-all of them positive. Said they had alot of fun, but were never trouble.
As an aside to this, Mrs. Capp had the crew of Silver Linings Playbook to her house for dinner. DiNiro had to miss it, and was teased by the rest about how good the meal was. She is a total class act.

She appeared as an extra in the movie. She didn't like the foul language in the movie, and said "no movie I'm in is going to use language like that!" Too funny.

Loved her on SNL and even more in 30 Rock - she was constantly littering the show with Philly/PA references.

Jack:
This is an exciting time for N.B.C. Not Seinfeld, Friends, E.R. exciting. More like 3D episodes of Merlin exciting. But I believe this is a great opportunity for all of us, because KableTown is a great company. Even if it is from... Philadelphia.

Liz
:
Go Eagles!

Jack
:
How did you even get a snowball?

Liz
:
Philly rules! Cheese steaks, Bobby Clarke, Will Smith! Your town sucks!

Jack
:
You do not want this argument, Lemon. Boston is the greatest city in the world.

Boo.

Jack:
Boston Tea Party, Boston cream pie, Boston Rob Mariano. Birthplace of Benjamin Franklin.

Liz
:
Yeah, then he looked around, realized it sucked, and moved to Philadelphia!

Liz
:
Oh, did you just whip a battery at me?

Man
:
Mr. Donaghy, I'm sorry. Can we get back to the meeting?

Jack
:
Of course. My apologies to our friends from the great city of Los Angeles.

nice start, fair. The pride of Upper Darby is an excellent lady to send birthday greetings to.

I'll add to your post, though I have very little time to do so.

Our first greetings go out to a lady that Mr. Gambit enjoyed on TV and films in the early 60s. He liked her performances on TV in Surfside 6, and appearances in Lawman, Maverick, Burke's Law, Batman, and The Man from U.N.C.L.E. He also enjoyed her in films such as Spinout, Ice Palace, Parrish, Claudelle Inglish, Maryjane, The Min-Skirt Mob, Thunder Alley, The Sidehackers,"Wicked, Wicked," and "The Broken Hearts Club: A Romantic Comedy. The lovely Diane McBain.

Our next greetings go out to a model and actress who's a big star in her native Argentina. I'm not sure when/how Mr. Gambit became aware of her, but he never seems to tire of looking at her. The lovely Luisana Lopilato.

That's all I have time for at this time. I'll try to post additional greetings later today.

back again, trying to wrap this up. ;)

Our next greetings go out to a singer from across the pond . Mr. Gambit has enjoyed her many appearances in Eurovision Song Contest, as well as at Melodifestivalen. Truthfully, fair has always had a weakness for female Swedish singers. ;) She was borh Marianne Elisabeth Nordqvist. I'm not sure what fair calls her, but she's known to her fans as Nanne Gronvall.

We stay on the European continent for our next greetings -- to another singer, none the less. This lady is the most successful German disco/pop female vocalist. She was born Sandra Ann Lauer, is called Sandy Baby by fair, and is known to her fans as Sandra.

Our next greetings go out to another singer. She was born in America to Cuban parents. She has a No. 1 hit with "Toy Soldiers," and top 40 hits with "More Than You Know" a remake of Carol King's "I Feel The Earth Move," and "Love ... They Will Be Done." She was born Marta Marrero, but is known to fair and her fans as Martika.

Our final greetings go out to an English actress and singer. Mr. Gambit enjoyed her performances on the big screen in Jublilee, The Tempest, Quandrophenia, The Ebony Tower, and Anchoress. As for her music, Mr. Gambit enjoyed her hits such as "It's a Mystery," "Thunder in the Mountains," and "I Want to Be Free."The lovely Toyah Willcox.

Good heavens, you guys with your gown thing! Here's what I know: she's wearing a red/green/blue/silver dress.

On a good day I can get "print."
