This seems most likely to simply be a set up intended to entangle Trump Jr. in a story spun nefariously that was simply about listening to someone claiming they have political opposition dirt, something all candidates do.
What it isn't is giving away 20% of our uranium to Russia and hiding that you received at least a few million dollars in your charity that we now know of from Russian sources timed exactly when the uranium deal went down.
