After months of speculation Cassar confirmed on his Instagram he will be back wrestling for Penn State next year. I’m very excited to see him on the mat another year and this will make a huge impact on the team race.

You need to find and use an image hosting service. Imgur was the best but sometimes it doesn't embed properly on rivals these days. I use Giphy, but they really only work w/ animatid gifs. There's probably a 1000 others too though. Fiji pics sound awesome. Hope I have some boss fishin' pics in a few days myself.

His second one in that championship bout is Anthony at his absolute best too. His feet are just unbelievably quick on that reattack go behind. Gable gets a lot of (well earned) love for footwork. In general, PSU kids move their feet at an elite level, and AC is right there w/ the best of 'em

Still working on it, imagur wants access to all of my pictures though, so I am not sure I want to go there. I really have 2000 photos on my phone I am at The Namale resort and spa, the only all inclusive in Fiji got a deal in Costco travel.. what I can tell you so far is it is really cool but it is a total different animal than your typical 4+ star resort. There are only around 30 burras in this whole place total R&R but probably no night life which is fine for me right now. Tony Robin's apparently owns the whole thing and flys in 2x per year.

My review on Cassar wrestling next year is two thumbs up, and to be honest I have been rooting for him for more than three years. To see his journey play out has been amazing. 2017 was a bit of a torturous ride after he beat Moore, only to have to sit in the sidelines for Nationals.

I have so much respect for the man he has become. And a huge fan who could hardly contain my pride when he won the NC. It be is a special story I will never forget. Best news for Google's since Bartlett. . Actually much bigger.

Good on many fronts. Gives Seth another year of "mat"uration, in the wrestling sense.

Also, of the top-8 NCAA finishers, three are gone (White, Dhesi, and Hemida), while Hall, Cassioppi, and possibly Kerkvliet, among others, enter the mix. Heavyweight has become more exciting overall, with more athletic big guys.
