It certainly sounds like he is in discussions with Auburn, but there would appear to be several other very strong candidates as well. It’s in both Auburn and Myers interests to let the word out that they are in discussions. It shows Auburn is looking at bold moves and Meyer would consider returning to college coaching. I can’t see this happening, but it will open the door for Auburn going with Freeze.
