no further details... Overheard this from a football-parent this evening...

Hope it's nuthin'.

Also learned he graduates Aquinas Inst. In Rochester in Dec / State College-bound in Jan

All the more reason to push the 2016 class to the max number. If Jake (and others) get on campus early, can he/they not count toward 2015's numbers?

That stinks. Yeah I hope it's nothing serious. I'd like to see him open a up a pipeline of Aquinas players to PSU. I wasn't happy when Jarron Jones flipped his commit to ND.

For the 2016 class it's all about the 85 max limit, and obviously enrolling early does not impact keeping to 85 total.

QB position will be thin on numbers until CJF gets 2 in the same class, hopefully in 2017. If Hack leaves early Zembiac will be 3rd string when he steps on campus.....

You cannot stop Billy Fessler, only hope to conta...:)

McSorley, Stevens, Zembeic, Clifford. Pretty good collection of talent.

Didn't he miss some of last season with a broken arm? Would be a shame to miss the reps again.

FWIW, Jones is out for the 2015 season "with a knee"; he tore his MCL. No gloating, I hope he's able to recover and play again. I have a hard time wishing ill will on 16-18 year old kids because of their college choices (not saying you're doing that at all).

The "2015" numbers don't mean much. A team is limited to 85 scholarship players regardless of the year they came in.

That's correct and if I remember right, the 2015 class already was at the max 25 players, although Daiquan Kelly was dismissed from the team, making it 24.
