Here's why being in the Big Ten is better than being Indy.

As absolutely horrible as we have looked, and as badly as we have played, our Rose Bowl hopes are still alive!!! No polls or beauty contests to worry about. Just win and we're in!

This week we start playing the big boys (Rutgers was half a team when we played them and Temple had no Rose Bowl implications). It's like the season's starting all over again. Indiana will be no pushover. They are much improved.

If we are good enough to go to the Rose Bowl in the BigTen, we would be good enough to go to a major bowl as an Independent.
