His return was a classy lovefest. I did not go, but my neighbor did and he texted me that he had tears in his eyes when the tribute and standing ovation were over.Way to go Pens!

Yes, it was a love fest alright but inquiring hockey minds do recall ALL of the past sir.
He still better then Murray
Fleury's had an amazing season. 5 goals last night doesn't mean much. The goal he allowed to Reaves was poor. Other than that he didn't have much chance. I still don't understand how Malin & Kessel got free on a 2-0 before the defenseman jumped off the bench to try to be factor. Fleury had some very big saves in that game. Murray's rebound control is still an issue. Pens are hot right now--hopefully it continues.
Glov,
MAF was done after watching the video tribute to him. If you don't feel anything watching that then your heart is made of stone. Three Stanley Cup rings all of which he was a part of. The Penguins all-time goaltender. Only you could dislike one of the most popular Penguins of all-time, a great citizen that has given back to the community and one of the best teammates any Penguin ever had.
You sure sound like it. You're a bit harsh on the Flower. We've gone to war with Fleury and all the love shown him is justified. You're a big hockey fan and should remember what he meant to Pittsburgh as a player, teammate, and his community generosity.Don't get me wrong, I am not a MAF hater. I loved the job he did for us.
5 goals is a big deal to him. He is known for giving up 4 - 5 goals at PPG/Consol many a time and in the playoffs especially.
