He's back. . .

It's not Creedo at all . RUReady has posted for years on the Rutgers Football and Wrestling site. He's a good poster. So you can feel safe that Creedo is still lurking but not posting. I actually found him entertaining, his knowledge of wrestling was/is genuine (he wrestled at Rutgers), but he posted some nutty things on occasion. Like some of us do. I thought his banning (on the RU site) was uncalled for.

The only PSU starter I can see having any Rutgers ties is Suriano since he from Jersey and a couple of his teammates are at Rutgers and I don't see him going to Rutgers.

If I recall before the dual Suriano was asked about Rutgers and to paraphrase, said they have a good program but PSU on another level.

Rutgers is my 2nd favorite team so truly no disrespect, but why would ANY PSU starter go backwards? Now a backup, I could see that

I don't care how long he's been posting on the Rutgers board and I don't care if he wrestled for Rutgers. If he's saying that a PSU starter is thinking of transferring to Rutgers then he's delusional or a liar. No starter for PSU would ever leave as long as their are the starter. They would not leave for Oklahoma State, Iowa, tOSU and especially not for Rutgers.

I would be shocked if a backup left for Rutgers.

Jordan Pagano qualified at 174. He transferred from Penn St. Listen, I was surprised at what he said as well, but the guy (who I don't know personally) has a long time history of being a normal poster. For what that's worth.

And he'd have never seen the mat here. A starter is beyond ridiculous.

Even their board thought it was hilarious. This sounds like someone who is mistaken about who is a starter, completely nuts or spoke to someone who is impressed with the job Rutgers is doing and trying to come up with something charitable to say.

Creedo also types/talks like Norm Crosby. It's hilarious. Hopefully it's not on purpose. RUReady doesn't have that style of 'prose'.

I don't believe this...at all.

+1

Parts of the conversation may be accurate, but I've spoken with most of the starters, and many of their parents, and they have been rather forthcoming to me. I haven't heard anything close to what CruiselinerJr. is alleging.

Roar has even more contact with the players/parents/program than do I, and his skepticism should be all most need to know about this subject.

"...a long time history of being a normal poster."

Parents and neighbors of kids who go off the rails on a mass-murdering spree are always the first to say, "But, he was such a nice boy. He couldn't have done this." So, pardon the low value I put on one anonymous internet poster saying that another anonymous internet poster is normal.

Dude, there is a search function now on Rivals. Search RUReady's name , look at his posting history and see for youself. Then search Creedo's .....much, much, much different.

Nothing like doing a forensic search on a Sunday afternoon, while watching the Big 10 Tourney replay for the 3rd time, or studying the brackets again, to see if Creedo is surely back...or not, lol

In your message, you even said, "for what it's worth." Now you're getting bent out of shape because I don't think it's worth much?

I am not bent out of search, lol. Just trying to point out that although RUReady may be very inaccurate with what he wrote, he is in fact NOT CREEDO. For now on, I'm using emojiys to show my mood ! :);)o_O. Pouring my first Manhattan of the afternoon. Very boring weekend with no wrestling on.

PS- when I start a sentence with ...'Dude' I think most will realize it's not very serious. Probably a wrong assumption to make.

Ohhhhh. Sorry, I missed the lack of inflection, intonation or whatever the heck is different between being in a bar talking and the written word.

I believe you. I have no problem believing there is more than one bozo on the internet.

For those that miss Creedo (one of his screen names, he's been banned on the RU site multiple times, RUGrapplingfan89, Creedo, RULegit, etc) here are some oldies but goodies:

Hey mental midget, what exactly is it that your extremely limited brain thinks I am crying about? Go back to pretending you were actually something 27 years ago, RUGrappler89...NOT!
Obviously your"brain doesn't thinks',too read a book once in awhile. You need too get girlfriend. You are way to torked up.You are also a young kid too.Seasoned adults don't act like you do.Anyway, are you done being a tough guy? Good, let's talk about RU wrestling and how they are gonna mop up Minnesota.By the way,I'm one of Billy Smith's biggest fans. I find it heart wrenching that he has regressed. My comments are simply too light a fire under his arse.He has all the tools to make it too the finals of the NCAA's,but he has got to get that signature win.If he beats Kroells, and keeps it close with Coon,he will walk through the NCAA's with confidence.

Hey d-bag, keep on replying and posting to continue proving you're the liar and poser formerly known as RUGrappler89. Every additional non-space after a period and comma adds to the overwhelming evidence that you belong in a mental asylum.

Oh boy, another temperamental, whiney boy on a wrestling forum.Toughen up dude,or go over too the mat.com and start thread with that other simpleton Jason Bryant. You two can go too the doctor together and get prescriptions for two testicles

Truth be told, he livened up the board.

I've talked to Suriano, his mom and dad, his strength guy in NJ and parents of a former teammate. Every one has said Nick is thrilled to be at Penn State. I also sat next to Cortez's parents at the Army match and he is thrilled to be at Penn State also, according to them. Nothing to look at here.

I've been following Suriano since his freshman year at Bergen Catholic...phenomenal wrestler. I think he had, and may still have a great chance as a 4x NCAA champ.
PS- is your screen name a tribute for Andy Matter ?

PPS- you might like this old article.

Any talk of transferring in conference is a real long shot, you have to sit out a year to do so. Unless you have a year of eligibility left there are few and far between transferring to another conference school. I realize Cortez did do just that.

Cortez came to an elite program from a decent one. Why would a starter here do the opposite.

And Rutgers isn't that great aside from Ashnault, who still has to prove he's elite. Lots of teams will have 1 AA.
