I don't know why, but there is something that seems very familiar about that move that Ness pulled out at the end of the match. 
Its hard not to be more impressed every time I see Yanni step on the mat. He is the best of this current generation of young wrestlers.
Hawkeyes, Huskers, Buckeyes, even Scarlet Knights...utmost respect for any wrestler who gives so much of their time working to get better.

Machiavello. In 2017 NCAA's the ref gave him choice of position to start the match against Shak because Shak forgot to put on his hair thingy. Mach was like "not how I roll bro, neutral".
I'm impressed when any of these young men have a moment or moments when they act or behave in a manner way beyond their years. It's called sportsmanship, and it can be seen on every team. One small example is Q's taking a knee after a pin, though the reality is that being a good winner or a good loser, and not disrespecting the opposition, is a behavior most have.
Big picture, every wrestler that commits to the rigors of college wrestling while balancing academics and a social life has my respect.

Matter even respects RU wrestlers?? No way!!Knowing what it takes to wrestle at even the D3 level, I respect them all. Don't necessarily respect every wrestling style, though.
That was awesome. However, one must consider that not many dudes are very psyched to choose down vs the Shraken.
Which is what I initially thought about it, until Mach took down later in the same match.
how can you not respect any wrestler putting in the time, the work, and most likely diet. On top of that, choosing one of the lesser glamorous sports (compared to football, basketball...)
