Always nice to see a post from you, even if it is to describe a problem.
A few others have described the same issue you seem to be encountering, but I don't recall anyone posting a solution. There was a post about a workaround for an issue with Safari, but nothing else that I've seen.
You certainly haven't been booted off the site.
Sorry to read about the problems you are encountering. Your best best is to call the Rivals support number, though it appears you've tried that with no success so far. If you continue to have issues, send an e-mail to BWI's Nate Bauer, at
