I am a paying subscriber. Why am I having trouble accessing premium content? I am trying and it says that I should sign in and when I do it says that I am already signed in. But when I go to the Den, it tells me I do not have premium. The contact number for member services is always busy. Have I been booted off the site?

Maybe you pissed somebody off in the ethernet?

Kasandro,

Always nice to see a post from you, even if it is to describe a problem.

A few others have described the same issue you seem to be encountering, but I don't recall anyone posting a solution. There was a post about a workaround for an issue with Safari, but nothing else that I've seen.

You certainly haven't been booted off the site.

Sorry to read about the problems you are encountering. Your best best is to call the Rivals support number, though it appears you've tried that with no success so far. If you continue to have issues, send an e-mail to BWI's Nate Bauer, at nbauer@bluewhiteonline.com

Keep me posted on your situation. If you can't get through to Rivals, or don't get a response from Nate (he got married this past Saturday; not sure if he's around this week), post something here and I'll see what I can do.

Had several reports of this. I have sent it up my food chain.

Not knowing the problem, have tried deleting your cookies? Make sure you have your user codes and passwords written down someplace.

Sounds to me that your cookie, where those are saved for this and other web sites, got corrupted. Clear your cookies, reboot, and try it again

According to Michnittlion, if you delete "one" cookie, you have deleted "some" cookies.

I received word back that it was an issue this morning that should now be resolved...

Thanks again, it is fixed. Also, thanks to the other posters for the info

Does "gold member" indicate paying member? I've always wondered how certain people were at gold status as it doesn't appear to correlate to number of posts, etc.
