Hoops: New offer out

Confirmed Penn State has offered Chuck Harris, sophomore out of Gonzaga High School in D.C. Teammate of Class of 2018 commit Myles Dread.

From Washington Post stats, he's averaging 11.8 points per game, 2.4 rebounds and 2.8 assists.
