Penn State hoops is hosting senior transfer PF Greg Lee this afternoon.
6-foot-9 PF (which Penn State *desperately* needs) with a ton of experience under his belt at CSU Bakersfield prior to his arrival at Western Michigan. From his Western Michigan bio announcing his return to the Broncos on March 11.
"Lee in his first year as a Broncos averaged 13.0 points per game and led the squad with 7.2 rebounds per contest. Lee ranked seventh in the MAC in rebounds per game and fifth in defensive rebounds per game (5.8).
"The Rockford, Ill., native posted a team-high four double-doubles last season and ended the 2020-21 campaign with five straight double-digit performances. The senior forward led the Broncos in rebounding in 12 of 21 games and had 14 games in double figures with two 20-point performances.
"Lee ranked 10th in the MAC in the regular season with a .504 field goal percentage while also shooting 66 percent from the free-throw line and knocking down nine three-pointers. Lee's top performance last season came on Jan 23 against Akron, scoring a career-high 22 points. The senior forward was 10-of-17 from the field against Akron to go along with four rebounds and four assists in 31 minutes."
