Yeah I kind of figured that out but OP2 on a different thread a day or so thought Sandusky acted by himself. This is so much deeper and bigger than any of us will ever know, and I personally think it could be tied to Ray Gricar's disappearance.

Well Douche-bag Davey Jones who was "in league" with Corbutt's AG's office has admitted that he knew about the 1998 Incident as far back as 2005, so Corbutt's AG's Office is clearly lying when they said they did not know about 1998 until the Spring 2011 or that they didn't know what happened in 1998 (e.g., PSU's Police Department's Investigation thought Sandusky was guilty of CSA and tried to have him PROSECUTED by the Centre County DA, but it was thwarted by the same people who gave 'Ole Soapy a sweetheart retirement package including granting of "Emeritus Status" that he didn't qualify for on credentials and unlimited access for his personal FRAUDULENT CHARITY. It was quite clear who PROTECTED, ENABLED and SUPPORTED Sandusky and his FRAUDULENT CHARITY, and it was not JVP - it was corrupt elements of the Executive Committee of the BOT who were deeply tied into PA politicians as well as the PA Government including the DPW. These corrupt elements of the EC of the PSU BOT were protecting Sandusky and his FRAUDULENT CHARITY for a reason and it likely has to do with the fact that many of them were "friends of Jerry" and highly tied to Sandusky and his FRAUDULENT CHARITY (and likely benefactors of his FRAUDULENT CHARITY and the real reason as to what the FRAUDULENT CHARITY was being run for.....why else would they effectively grant Sandusky and his fraud charity 15 acres of land worth multi-million dollars directly adjacent to PSU's Campus directly after PSU's Internal Investigation resulting from MM's Incident Report n 2001 which voided Sandusky's earlier unlimited access for TSM! Gee, what a coinky-dink regarding the timing of giving Sandusky land to build a "Campus" for TSM that he always dreamed of -- yea, that's it, that's the ticket....it's all coinky-dink. LMFAO. Corbutt knew what happened in 1998 and the people responsible which were not the people/organizations the OAG's FALSE NARRATIVE framed (e.g., PSU and her Football Program), so why is Corbutt protecting the actual guilty parties that he KNOWS TO BE GUILTY via the flashing red signs including the DPW Child Sexual Abuse Report he received regarding V1 which INDICATED both Sandusky and his FRAUDULENT CHARITY, The Second Mile.

You're speaking about Bruce Heim and Charlie Brown Airlines which has also been brought up here and elsewhere many times. Speaking of that on PennLive gets the comments deleted immediately and usually a username ban. Very strange.

And of course the elephant in the room, why didn't the Pennsylvania AG investigate The Second Mile in Spring 2009 directly after the Charity's other State Regulator, the DPW, had formally investigated a CSA Complaint registered out of the Centre County CYS Office against TSM & the most powerful "Control Person" at the charity, its Founder Jerry Sandusky and had a finding of guilt in their formal Judicial Process and formally sanctioned the charity and its founder.....oh yea, all of this information was handed over to the PA AG, Tom Corbett at the time, in March 2009 (yes, the OAG regulates charities & NPOs and has an entire Division with 3 Offices across the State & hundreds of employees dedicated to the task).

Oh yea, this would be the same Tom Corbett who was good friends with and heavily tied to Robert Poole, Chairman of the Board of The Second Mile (and had held this position for 17 years so he was obviously tight with Sandusky and the "friends of Jerry" faction on the EC of PSU BOT - Lubert, Joyner, Suhey, Garban, Surma, etc...Poole's company averaged $25 million in revenues per year from PSU, just a coinky-dink I'm sure...) - the same Robert Poole who was one of Corbutt's biggest political fundraiser's and financial backers...Poole even held a fundraiser at his own palatial home attended by then AG Corbutt for Corbutt's gubernatorial campaign (an AG who should have been INVESTIGATING TSM at the time due to the DPW's findings and sanctioning of TSM in regards to V1, but instead he was partying with and accepting $$$ from the Chairman of the Board of this fraudulent charity which had repeatedly been accused of CSA and found guilty of same by DPW in Spring 2009 and that information was in the hands of AG Corbutt??? And he's partying with Poole and accepting $$$ from him rather than INVESTIGATING TSM??? Huh???).
