Exactly! Even just scratching the surface reveals tons of possible connections between OGBOT/TSM/org crime...this pulitzer caliber story is waiting on a silver platter ripe for picking by any somewhat competent journalist yet no one is touching it.
The only reasons I can think of to explain why is the media is also corrupt or they were told to hold off by the feds until they are ready to make their arrests. Hopefully it's the latter but penn live/HPN certainly seems to be firmly in the former.

Notice that Bob Poole and Phil Sieg are mentioned as part of that deal with Paterno. I wouldn't be surprised if they were targets.
Perhaps the letter to Bagwell was permitted to mention Paterno since he was deceased. It does seem odd. Blehar pointed out in a reply to Bagwell that the subpoena to PSU in February 2012 did not request any records from Paterno.

As for all that stuff from twitter above... My God. So much to take in, most of which I have seen before, but seeing it all in one place is hard to wrap your head around. I will say that there are likely a bunch of meaningless connection because, well, we are talking about small circles of powerful people who own or are involved with many different companies/organizations. It's a conspiracy theorist's dream. That said, the trick here is parsing out the meaningless connections and identifying the meaningful ones. Easier said than done though.
I actually find the fact that Heim's name is seemingly being systematically removed from websites very interesting.

Things you can take from above (not all inclusive), Jerry did not take kids on campus after 2001,(exposing the fake Andrea DiMaggio name and ravings) instead it was the Hilton Gardens; Heim and others knew Jerry could not take kids on campus after 2001; The NCAA had no basis to punish Penn State in any fashion or agree to any according to the former head of the Investigative Branch (so much for JJ's BS about "membership"); The Feds asked for financial records of TSM members and others, presumably mentioning Joe's name in Bagwell's FOIA request which amounted to nothing (more of the troll BS shot down); TSM Board members could be held personally liable if they engaged in, or knew of any wrong doing; it can't be definitively proven no police report was or wasn't filed; further, no police report would exist if an eyewitness, the victim, or the victims family didn't file a complaint. Actually, the General Manager of Hilton Gardens Inn said that she was instructed to give keys to Sandusky when he brought Second Mile kids to use the pool and workout facilities as well. So in essence, Bruce Heim knew about the 2001 incident and almost certainly had to know about the 1998 incident, but he was still busy enabling Sandusky's grooming of little boys from TSM by giving him access to the Hilton Garden Inn's recreational facilities to bring TSM kids to??? WTF???

Republican County Constable Larry Dale Floyd was arrested on suspicion of soliciting sex with an 8-year old girl. Floyd has repeatedly won elections for Denton County, Texas, constable.
Republican judge Mark Pazuhanich pleaded no contest to fondling a 10-year old girl and was sentenced to 10 years probation.
Republican Party leader Bobby Stumbo was arrested for having sex with a 5-year old boy.
Republican teacher and former city councilman John Collins pleaded guilty to sexually molesting 13 and 14 year old girls.
Republican campaign worker Mark Seidensticker is a convicted child molester.
Republican Mayor Philip Giordano is serving a 37-year sentence in federal prison for sexually abusing 8- and 10-year old girls.
Republican Mayor John Gosek was arrested on charges of soliciting sex from two 15-year old girls.
Republican County Commissioner David Swartz pleaded guilty to molesting two girls under the age of 11 and was sentenced to 8 years in prison.
Republican legislator Edison Misla Aldarondo was sentenced to 10 years in prison for raping his daughter between the ages of 9 and 17.
Republican Committeeman John R. Curtain was charged with molesting a teenage boy and unlawful sexual contact with a minor.
Republican anti-abortion activist Howard Scott Heldreth is a convicted child rapist in Florida.
Republican zoning supervisor, Boy Scout leader and Lutheran church president Dennis L. Rader pleaded guilty to performing a sexual act on an 11-year old girl he murdered.
Republican anti-abortion activist Nicholas Morency pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography on his computer and offering a bounty to anybody who murders an abortion doctor.
Republican campaign consultant Tom Shortridge was sentenced to three years probation for taking nude photographs of a 15-year old girl.
Republican racist pedophile and United States Senator Strom Thurmond had sex with a 15-year old black girl which produced a child.

This came out on 6/12/2012 in trial testimony. Nobody asked Mandy Musser who directed her to give keys to Sandusky at trial, and nobody in the media bothered to dig into it.
Agree that the vast majority of board members of TSM were very well-intentioned individuals and had no idea what was happening. But just like the PSU Board, there was a small inner circle that ran everything and kept everyone else in the dark.
Yes. Fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, and extortion.
In fact, Sandusky's PCRA appeal provides a great example of how it worked when they bought a car for AM.
AM rec'd a $1500 (or thereabouts) grant from TSM. He didn't know exactly what it was for, however, Jerry set up a checking account for him to deposit the money. Then Jack Raykovitz found a "seller" by the name of Frank Mosier -- who lived in New Jersey. Mosier is pictured in Sandusky's book, Touched. Also grew up in Sandusky's home town of Washington PA. Anyway, they drive this kid all the way to Jersey just to buy a car???
Evidence of a pedo ring....yeah, there's circumstantial evidence, but as the poster above noted, no victims have come forward to confirm it. Of course, a lot of money likely changed hands (extortion) in the two years it took the OAG investigators to begin investigating Second Mile.

I guess I'll add a little more to the Mosier, car thing.
So Mosier is pictured in Sandusky's book with a gent named Dominic Toscani, Ol' Jer, Victim 4, Frankie Probst, and one other kid named Jason. Turns out Toscani owns Paris Business Forms and put Ol' Jer on this Board of Directors. Toscani was an honorary director of the Second Mile. AM said that Toscani was a guy Jerry went to for stock/investment advice.
Toscani attended Girard College (HS) for boys in Philly. Girard had a sex scandal and one guy in the Philly paper said he had more sex as a 13 year old boy in an ALL BOYS school than he did in all for years of college on a coed campus.
Toscani gave two $500 grants in successive years to AM and Frankie Probst. Toscani's charity - the Caritas Foundation - was located in Wayne, PA, outside Philly. Not to far a drive from NJ, don't you know. He also gave a grant to the MATT SANDUSKY Association (in 1999).
Bucceroni, nutty as he may sound, is likely right about a tri-state pedo network in PA-NY-NJ.
Or maybe nobody could find evidence so he had to back off? That is the more likely scenerio?

The media ... Early on fair amount died somewhat quickly. Van natta did a piece about Corbett and then mike and then that's it? Odd.
John Ziegler? I don't know the answer but given his ability to dig don't recall mention.
The paterno team? Again don't know the answer. I would include van natta with in this group as well as media and mr clemente
Lubrano , mccombie, etc and the new bot members? Maybe they have again I just don't know the answer.
All of us experts mention them weekly as a further potential source of mAjor issues... Yet no one else does .... Thoughts and opinions appreciated certainly I have some.

He's the "Three Monkeys" (e.g., Hear Nothing [hands over ears], See Nothing [hands over eyes], Speak Nothing [hands over mouth]) all rolled into one great big BOT-bot brainwashed drone whose response to everything is, "Move on....Move along, nothing to see here".
