How long do you think covid has been in the US?

I just got my test results back and I was negative. I was looking forward to getting back to licking toilet seats but that will have to wait. :)
Did you get the antigen test?

After reading your horrifying posts about what happened to you, with what else could you have been infected?

It makes me wonder if today’s current testing is capable of detecting all of the strains of CV that have been and are currently present. My guess is no.

I personally think this CV was a pre-weaponized, mistakenly-released highly-dynamic virus capable of morphing over time (isn’t laboratory science great) such that it has evolved into a series of regional, community-spread strains largely undetectable with widespread antiquated testing.

Hence why China allegedly has 100,000,000 people under Corona lockdown along their border with Russia.
I was swabbed 3 times for the flu and tested negative in the ER and sent home. When I went back the next day they had aparrently sent a swab out for testing and said I was positive for Influenza A1. I wonder if they would have called to let me know if I didn't go back to the ER? Anyhow, here's what my Covid tests from Quest said:

COVID-19 Immune Response Result — Negative
Your test was negative, this indicates that you did not have IgG antibodies as an immune response to COVID-19 at the time your blood was collected. Your results suggest that you were not exposed to COVID-19 or have not yet developed IgG antibodies. Although not having IgG antibodies suggests that you may still be susceptible to getting COVID-19 infection, there is currently not enough evidence to determine whether or not you are still at risk.
The possibility of a false negative is low but should be considered if you were:

  • Recently diagnosed with COVID-19
  • Exposed to someone with COVID-19
  • Previously developed symptoms suggestive of COVID-19
If you test too soon, your body may not have produced enough IgG antibodies to be detected by the test yet and retesting may be needed.

Multiple sources, including the CDC and healthcare experts, recommend you discuss your results with your healthcare provider and employer, and continue to follow your federal, state, and local government guidance around social distancing and discontinuation of isolation.

I felt all along this was no accident and that it was part of China's military arsenal but many butt-holes felt differently.

BS.

Where are those absolute idiots who proclaimed: NO way this was produced in a lab because we have not seen it before??

What's the frequency Larry and why were you posting at 4:15 am?

This time, because I fell asleep on my couch at 9 pm and didn't wake up until 3 am. At that point, there was no getting back to sleep, so I stayed up. That said, I'm a night person and it's not all that unusual for me to not go to bed until the very wee hours. i.e. 4 or 5 am.

A good friend of mine was in Wuhan in November for work. He returned home fine, but his wife got extremely ill a few days later, with all the classic covid-19 symptoms, including a fever of 105°F. That doesn't mean she had it, but where there is smoke...

November/December 2019. If you look at the cases in the US, how it just went from 0 to 100 in March- no way it happened like that. Its been growing since last year.

I'm going to continue to believe that the best way to determine this is to test fatalities during Dec/Jan. Until you find someone in the US who died in that timeframe and was COVID-19, I'm not going to believe the virus was here any earlier than has already been identified. There's no way that people were getting infected for months without some dying. So show me the bodies.

Well, there were 500+ deaths coded as from pneumonia and/or flu in December. 1800+ in January. 2000+ in February.

Huh? Is that where this has gone?

Name calling for people who don’t subscribe to your conspiracy theory? Hope you’re distinguishing between the butt holes and non-butt holes who disagree...

And those are not atypical numbers. Everytime someone has gone back and tested those deaths, they have turned up COVOD-19 negative. Find me some positive ones, then we can talk.

Actually, that's exactly how very infectious diseases work. They grow exponentially not slowly The numbers are evidence that the disease wasn't here last fall

Never said the numbers were out of standard deviation for pneumonia/flu, but you asked for bodies. The vast majority of these bodies were buried or cremated before a Covid test existed, or was being used, here in the US -- so if you're looking for bodies as definitive proof of Covid pre-mid-Jan, that's an impossible ask whether this Coronavirus was here or not at that time. I'm just showing you bodies where which it wouldn't be the craziest thing if their deaths were due to Covid-19, IF the virus were here at that time.

[And just for the record, I'm not saying I believe it was here pre-2020. I really don't have an opinion on that, let along a dog in the fight. If anything, my initial gut opinion is that I tend to agree with you on the approximate time the virus likely arrived.]

Haven't spoken to a doctor yet. Got result through Quest labs. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that I have some minor scarring or something in my lungs. I read that that is a very common result of the disease - even in those who are otherwise asymptomatic. Luckily it seems minor. More of a nuisance and doesn't really seem to affect my breathing.
Big problem with Quest antibody tests ... their words, not mine:

Note: This test can sometimes detect antibodies from other coronaviruses, which can cause a false positive result if you have been previously diagnosed with or exposed to other types of coronaviruses.

There are 7 known coronaviruses which affect humans - 4 of them cause mild cold or flu-like symtoms. So, it is very possible that someone would test positive on Quest's Covid19 antibody test, but not because they had Covid19 - instead, they had another coronavirus. That could be a problem if people are walking around thinking they are immune to Covid19 when in truth, they have not yet been exposed.

But, Quest does charge $119 for each of these tests - so there's that!

We’re so screwed. :(

It was not made in a lab. Start listening to the podcast "This Week in Virology." It will help. It's basically a bunch of virologists and infectious disease specialists talking shop. Unless you guys are all much smarter than them...

Incredible how many smart people have determined themselves to be experts because they’ve read and learned a lot on this issue recently. Scary.

Praying the real experts come up with a solution fast before the pseudo-experts get their way.

Not only are they much smarter than the virologists and infectious disease experts, but those guys and girls (the "experts") are part of the matrix, pushing an agenda.

Hahahahahah!

And the Earth is flat

And man will never get to the moon!

The Maginot Line will stop the Germans

The Titanic is unsinkable

MSM is not biased and reports fairly and objectively and never takes sides

Need I go on?

Just because it never happened before does NOT mean it can’t happen.

Yes it was made in a lab.

It’s time you start paying attention.

It's amazing how quickly a McAndrew board member can get a Ph.D. in virology by just reading the interwebs. Those pointy-headed academic virologists that are universally saying that the virus evolved naturally took many years to get their doctorates. But some of the guys on here have done it in just a couple of months! And most of those stupid people who are infectious disease specialists have to go to college for four years, med school for four years, then complete a three year residency, followed by a three year fellowship. There are some on here who are ready to sit for their infectious disease boards after a few evenings on the Google.

It is interesting that people love a conspiracy. They would much rather have SOMEONE, even if that someone is a malevolent force, be in charge. They would rather have this than have to admit to themselves that we live in a chaotic, nonsentient, random universe that doesn't give two shits about them or humanity.

The thing is that while those bodies may be in the ground, there are plenty of blood and/or tissue samples from those bodies still being held by hospitals. Several agencies have gone back to test those samples yet not one has found a sample from last year that tested positive for COVID-19.

Gotcha. I haven't seen any info on that. How many of those samples have been tested? TIA.

There are false positives with almost every test. With that said, given that the test has apparently over 98% accuracy (it’s one of the few that are FDA approved), I had symptoms matching Covid, have been in contact with others who tested positive, and live in a high prevalence area - I think it’s likely accurate in my case.

Sorry, but I just don't give two shits about you!

It happened.

You think the U.S. Intelligence agency is going to release ALL it's finding to the general public?

It would take Chine counter-intelligence less than a day to work backwards and connect all the dots as to WHO it was that gave the U.S. its findings.

Executions to begin shortly after torture!
