How many of you guys say "Washington" with an R?

I believe my wah is pronounced the same as your waw. My wah would rhyme with paw.:)
Which reminds me of the 1884 Presidential election and "Ma! Ma! Where's my pa? Gone to the White House, Ha! Ha! Ha!"
I hear a woo-ter from some Philly folks. What's up with that ? Do they say Hershey's syrup or Bosco?

My pet peeve is the unnecessary "at" at the end of a sentence. So instead of "Where is it?" many say, "Where's it at?"

Like

"You have to give Iowar credit. They played tough today, but we were just a little bit better than them."
"Saccar, you will go down in history as the worst quarterback in Penn State history"
Or maybe Matt Senecker? Didn't he play for us too?

Despite having grown up in Southwest Pennsylvania and lived here nearly my entire life, I have never pronounced Washington with an r.

I am guilty of running East Liberty together and saying, "Easliberty," as one word and not enunciating the t.

Philly. Baltimore Pike which is a very historical road connecting the two cities -the hardcore Delaware County folks say:

"BawldyMoore Poike"

That city is called Balmer down here, and it's in Merlin.
