a composite ranking based on all four major ratings, and also based on average "stars" of the entire class, not just a top 20 or cumulative total. To me, if you are going star counting, that is the stat with the most relevance to the long term health of a program like PSU, which will probably never be in the oversigning business, nor in the business of pushing ungraduated players out to make room (at least I hope we are never in that business).
