It's really quite simple. Everyone brings a dish to pass, they supply their own beverages, and they can stay at KOA down the road. I will take a very minimal hosting fee. My books will be available for audit.
If the parties want entertainment we will offer; boce, badmitten, lawn darts, corn hole, horse shoes, and a special croquet tournament, plus my community has 2 golf courses, sailing will be available along with both fresh and salt water fishing.
