Most teams go strictly by their draft board, so they take the best player available, live or not!In the 1995 CFL draft a team drafted a player that had died. In the 1996 CFL draft another team drafted a player that had died. I guess that's their version of Mr. Irrelevant.

Good news -- Johnny is re-united with Coach Mike Sherman, who recruited him to Texas A&M
Bad news -- Johnny was getting no playing time with his previous team Hamilton; well, perhaps he'll get a shot at Montreal, where they are struggling on offense
