I liked the look of the larger numbers on the throwback uniforms...

im not saying that this, in itself, is splashy enough to satisfy those who want new/alternate uniforms, but just that I prefer the larger size to the regular size. Michigan’s uniforms have larger numbers tonight and I’ve seen other teams have the larger, more bold numbers. I’d be fine with this as a permanent change. In fact, I could live without the striped pants and the numbers on the helmet, but they could take the jersey from the Indiana game and make it the regular home jersey. Oh, and keep the gray face masks and diamond end zone too.

At my age, I can tell who is who better with the larger numbers.

Thought I would like the numbers on the helmets... but I didn't. I agree with Joe's quote, "looks too much like Alabama...". Am indifferent to the larger jersey numbers. Loved the grey face mask (actually forgot how good they looked). And the pant stripe?... surprised myself that, I think, I liked 'em. Black shoes only please.

The throw back uni seemed cool. The players seemed to enjoy the white cleats so much I was thinking it would be neat to incorporate into the White Out games
