If you had to pick one player from the NFL, past or present, to start a team, who would you pick and why. Obviously, I mean as they were coming up to stardom.
Peyton Manning, would be my choice. Smartest QB to play IMO, that can take a defense apart from his preperation and knowledge. And could have turned any team into a winner if they had him like the Colts and Broncos did.
