I'm in a state of emergency

Gov Cooper, NC has declared a state of emergency. This is new for me and I'm a bit unsure of what to do. We have a large house generator & the neighbors have declared our house 'party central' if power in the area is lost. Our house is outside the 100 year flood plane, we have water,beer, wine, bourbon, and at least 25 pounds of steak.
Any suggested things we need to do?
