Nothing official to back this up but it is due to the far better economic conditions. The middle class has a lot more money and so getting that super deal is not so urgent any longer. Wages up, taxes down and far less fighting in stores. Thank you President Trump for now two years in a row that we have less incivility in our society. More yes, WINNING!
