That last statistic might surprise some who see his pro-style description by recruiting services, but it’s true that Levis can run. A nation’s best SPARQ score for a quarterback, which he recorded thanks in part to solid 40-yard dash (4.80 seconds) and shuttle (4.10) times at The Opening Regional event in New Jersey.
