Too often, the Radical Leftist Socialist/Marxist and Leftist Media dogma is based upon brainwashing towards Mindlessly attacking companies, with no clue about real world market factors.

Is it better that no company provides a known drug for a very tiny market, or that someone steps up, takes the risk and provides the life-changing option, even if the yearly cost per user is high, to cover all of the costs?
