Interesting Rivals Pa Top 30 changes to include Johncarlo Valentin

An updated Rivals PA top 30 reflects a Johncarlo Valentin, 6-4, 344, is now ranked #7 ....and rated 4****. This guy came out of nowhere to move up to 7. Do we have interest in this kid? Ryan, any info on this kid?

Also, McIlwain, Hudson, Angeline, and Pryts all dropped 1 spot with McIlwain actually losing a star. Shaka Toney dropped a bunch down to #30 and Wheeler down to #23.
