More his style of wrestling IMO. Hard hand fight very physical at all times wears on you through big tens then 3 day NCAA.

Don’t really buy Iowa “coaching down” a naturally offensive wrestler into a staller. Just don’t think they’ve had that many. They didn’t leash Lee, haven’t cuffed Cali, can’t slow Bo, and won’t hinder Miller when he certainly gets there. I’ll even accept that the kid actually may’ve beaten Duke (some say PJ stepped out before throwing 4) in freestyle (where Alex beat Levi) and the fact that Melvin’s far better than I thought and destined to be a Hawk. That said, I’ll happily take folkstyle Lions all day every day till my last day.

What seems to happen is they wrestle tight.

I have never been shy about this. Yes bo is good, people are saying his career will be a disappointment if he doesn't win multiple NC, I think finishing top three is more his placement. There is two years maybe three before we get to see him in action, what weight he goes and the recruits younger than him are the questions that need answered before all these predictions though.

Short version-I think bo has such a big upside to most people because of his social media presence. Yes I do know he has a nice hit list but there are others around his weight with a better one.

so living in Pa and watching PSU I see no reason to go anywhere else!

If PJ takes a RS ( REALLY wanted him here for last year of HS) he will be unbeatable regardless of ho good Miller becomes.

Miller did a great job against PJ. Took him down twice!

However, PJ started out with a 4 point move and then got into a different mode where he figured he had the match won, and didn’t press the action. Sat in the middle of the mat and held position. It can never be proven, and perhaps it’s my blue and white glasses, but I came away with the idea of it PJ had gone on offense he could have tech’d Miller just like everyone else.

So I agree with you- Unless Miller develops a lot, I just don’t see him beating PJ.

You might not buy it, but Lee is a 125 - 133 so I am not counting him. That leaves Caliendo who wrestles hard and does score against opponents not named Messenbrink. I will throw out Marinelli and Warner.

That was obviously something between his ears where when it mattered NCAA he didn't perform. Look at his regular seasons he barely lost until NCAAs. His RS FR year he lost 3 times at big 10s he lost 2 regular season matches his whole career Cenzo and Kharcala in duals. The rest of his losses 9 were at NCAAs not counting his RS year. His regular seasons were really really good. And he won 4 big 10 titles. It was definitely something between his ears

Listen here locomotive breath😏! Stop being thick as a brick 😬 and consider how many points ADS scored in high school! In the matches he didn’t pin his opponent, he averaged over 20 points his senior year (and that with the 2 point takedowns).

In U20’s, Bo met a formidable opponent (who is only maybe a year older) and got slowed down considerably. And don’t forget that Bo hasn’t yet had the opportunity for TnT to work their push push fist in the air offensive strategy into his young brain!

mores than I can count,same age for both guys I am taking Bo all day long!not saying Desanto is not good I am from Pa so I love all Pa kids for his age BO is just so much better don't forget he did beat Spencer in high school but Spencer as usual had an injury not that it's an excuse!

Spare me the pearl clutching. That actually happened on live TV. This is purely speculation as of now. Where's the arrest record for example. Hell Eugene Robinson was all over the news in Super Bowl week when he was soliciting. He was NFL Man of the year if I'm not mistaken.

So far I have not seen any official news on this which makes me very skeptical.
