Haskins has a better arm and is more accurate than JT Barrett, but he's yet to play a full game against a really good team in a hostile environment and hasn't yet been tested the way Barrett was.
Listen, Barrett made plays. A lot of them. If a play broke down, he could make a play with his legs. I don't believe Haskins has anywhere near the ability to do that that Barrett had.
