If you're a Penn State trustee, and you're going to talk to Mark Dambly about his impending election tomorrow as chairman of the board, should you pat him down first?

Yes, say two former investigators.

"My first question [for Dambly] would be, 'Hey, you still wearing a wire?' " said John Snedden, a former NCIS and FIS special agent who's a Penn State alum.

The vote will be unanimous, even if there are dissenters. It also won't be subject to Sunshine Laws, since penn state just ignores them every single meeting.

Perhaps every one should wear prison clothing to all Penn State athletic events. Stripes or Orange?? Complete with shackles. Seems only right to dress as such if the Chairman of the Board is such a known criminal.

Imagine the affect of having a thousand people showing up in prison garb when a football game is on national tv. Maybe ten thousand. I would hope that would embarrass him into resigning or for the BoT to finally do the right thing but I seriously doubt if that is even possible.

I would love that, and I think most people here would. It won't happen though, since the narrative is the BOT is great and can do no wrong.

I think it will and can almost guarantee it. Larry Lavin was a huge story in this area. The Philly press loves to play up the negative issues that come up with PSU. The commentators on the articles always have a field day.
