What's their deal? I am not concerned about a few dollars, but I just don't like the idea of having to subscribe to see a game.
Will PSU Bball be on Peacock?
Wrestling?
Can I join, watch the Washington game then opt out?

I only watch football (NFL and College) on Peacock but if your family or you like to streams shows they have a bunch of older TV series and new reality shows. My wife watches a bunch of stuff on there.

But yes you can cancel at anytime. Basically you'll pay 8 bucks for a month. Just cancel after the game and at the end of the billing cycle you won't have access.

We get Peacock as part of our Xfinity package. I wouldn't subscribe to it otherwise. There are some good older TV shows on there (Sliders, Wiseguy, and Yellowstone are three I've seen that interest me). And of course sports. They have replays of older games so if you miss a game, you can watch it that way. I checked Matt Sarz's site (https://mattsarzsports.com/Season/Contents/basketball202425) and there are a few B1G basketball games on Peacock - in fact, the Penn State game with St Francis on Nov. 12th is on Peacock.

Premier League Soccer is on it if you are a fan. I'm not actually sure why we have it, but we do. Watching Olympic wrestling was nice. If we are not there for a reason, we will check in just to see what is on now and again.

These services thrive on charging just enough for you to think it's not substantial, then you end up with 10 of them and it IS substantial.

WWE ppvs (and library) are on there too along with The Office, SNL, and anything else NBC has put out the last 20 years.

I've signed up twice, once for wrestling championships and once for the Olympics. Both times I did a one-month subscription and canceled before the next month started. Cancellation was simple in that the confirmation of your subscription contained a link to cancel whenever you wanted to cancel.

Not sure if this is still the case, but over the Olympics I signed up for a 14 day free trial of instacart+, which came with some other benefits including Peacock. If that is still an option it might be worth it to sign up and give Peacock a try to see if you like it. The instacart+ trial was easy to cancel.
