Not sure what you mean by Official NIL Program.... the University itself is not permitted to pay athletes NIL. There are however a couple "NIL Collectives" you can contribute to - I believe the largest is run by former PSU athletes.

Yes, I know that the university can’t do this, but I’m just trying to get a grasp about how many NIL collectives we have and which one is the main one or if they’re all equal.
