One has to ask, "Why?"
It would be like NATO needing $20 Trillion dollars to increase its forces against the USSR; America passing a FLAG Ammendment, etc...
WHY?
This is EXACTLY how BLIND NATIONALISM starts. A few generations from now, citizens will only know of WWI, WWII and Holocaust from history. But, those generations will have autonymous weapons to play with. New and advamced weaponry to rid themselves of enemies that are "different". They wont care what people thought a few generations ago.
Again, I ask, "Why pass this?" What actual good does it serve? All it does is open the door for the next generation to justify even stricter Nationalist Laws.
