Well, owning Tokyo is quite an ambition.
My goal is to be the last person on earth that does not have a cell phone.
A while back I saw an interview with Michael Bloomberg. He was saying people mistakenly still think of it as “the Dark Continent”. He said 50% of the people in Africa now carry cell phones.
Now if the other 50% would just hurry up...
